The Jumbo Bag Unloading System is specifically designed to facilitate efficient and safe unloading of bulk materials from FIBC bags. The system consists of a robust support frame that securely holds the jumbo bag in place while allowing controlled discharge of materials through a bottom outlet spout.
The unloading process can be performed using a forklift, hoist, or integrated lifting system. Once the bag is securely positioned, the discharge spout is connected to the receiving hopper. A controlled valve mechanism ensures regulated material flow, preventing sudden spillage and dust emission.
For materials that tend to compact or form lumps, optional features such as vibration pads or lump breakers can be integrated to maintain consistent discharge. The enclosed design helps maintain a clean working environment and reduces material loss, making it suitable for hygiene-sensitive industries.
The system can be seamlessly connected to downstream equipment such as screw conveyors, tube chain conveyors, bucket elevators, reactors, mixers, or storage silos.
