The Jumbo Bag Filling Machine is designed to meet the growing demand for safe and efficient bulk packaging of large quantities of material. The system consists of a strong structural frame, bag hanging hooks or loops support, filling spout, weighing mechanism with load cells, and discharge control system.
During operation, the empty jumbo bag is securely mounted on the machine frame. Material is fed into the bag through a controlled feeding mechanism such as a screw conveyor, belt conveyor, or gravity feeder. The load cell system continuously monitors the weight and automatically stops the filling process once the preset weight is achieved, ensuring high accuracy and minimizing material loss.
The machine includes a dust-tight filling spout with inflatable sealing or clamping system to prevent dust emission and maintain a clean working environment. An optional vibration or densification system helps in proper material compaction, maximizing bag capacity and stability during transportation.
Available in semi-automatic and fully automatic models, the Jumbo Bag Filling Machine can be integrated with upstream storage silos, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, and downstream conveying systems for a complete automated bulk handling solution.
Manufactured using high-quality Mild Steel (MS) or Stainless Steel (SS), the machine ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term operational reliability even in demanding industrial environments.
