The Bag Dumping Station is specifically designed to provide a safe and hygienic solution for manual unloading of materials from small bags (typically 5 kg to 50 kg). The system consists of a sturdy frame, working platform, hopper, and dust extraction unit that ensures clean and controlled material discharge.
During operation, the operator places the bag on the working platform, cuts it open, and empties the material into the hopper. The integrated dust collection system captures airborne particles, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This feature is particularly important for industries handling fine powders or hazardous materials.
The hopper outlet can be connected to downstream equipment such as screw conveyors, tube chain conveyors, bucket elevators, mixers, or pneumatic conveying systems. For materials prone to lump formation, an optional lump breaker or vibrating mechanism can be installed to ensure smooth and continuous flow.
Manufactured using high-quality Mild Steel (MS) or Stainless Steel (SS), the Bag Dumping Station offers durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The system can also be customized based on material characteristics and plant layout requirements.
